Dial in your foundational skills, build confidence, and get comfortable on your bike — all in a supportive, non-competitive environment alongside other women and non-binary riders. Date: Saturday, July 11th Time: 9:00AM - 1:00PM Location: Weeks/Moody’s Trails, Gorham Level: All levels Max Group Size: 6 riders WHAT THIS CLINIC INCLUDES: - 4 hours of hands-on instruction with a PMBIA Certified MTB Coach - Small group setting for individualized coaching and feedback - Focus on foundational skills that translate to all trail riding - Building body awareness so rides are safe and fun - Breaking down key techniques into clear, manageable steps Skill development in: - Body positioning - Balance & stability - Braking - Shifting & cadence - Trail scanning and awareness - Guidance on trail etiquette, gear, and basic navigation This clinic is all about creating a strong foundation you can continue to build from — whether you’re just getting started or looking to progress. THIS CLINIC IS FOR YOU IF: - You identify as a woman or non-binary rider - You’re comfortable on a bike and curious to improve your skills - You’ve never had formal instruction and want a solid starting point - You’re newer to mountain biking or feeling “stuck” in your riding - You’re returning to riding after time away, injury, pregnancy or a life transition - You want to feel more confident and in control on the trails - You value a supportive, encouraging learning environment To ensure meaningful instruction and a comfortable group dynamic, participation is capped at 6 riders. REQUIRED: A well-tuned bike, helmet, water, and a snack. Come ready to learn, practice, and leave feeling more confident on your bike.

Cancellation Policy
1. Payment at Registration Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the program. 2. Cancellations and Refunds If you need to cancel your registration, we ask for at least 14 days’ notice prior to the program start date to receive a refund. A 3% processing fee will be deducted from refunds issued via credit card. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date. 3. Weather-Related Changes In the event of inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule the session. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled day(s).
