Dates: September 18-20, 2026 Where: Burke, VT Best For: Intermediate+ riders This retreat is for riders who crave adventure, confidence, and the pure joy of mountain biking. Kingdom Trails is legendary: flowy singletrack, purpose-built features, and stunning forested landscapes make every mile worth the effort. We’ll guide you through challenging lines, session fun sections, and teach skills that make your riding smoother, safer, and more confident—always in a supportive, non-competitive environment. After riding, we return to Wildflower Inn, a cozy retreat tucked in the woods near Burke Mountain. Comfortable rooms, hearty meals, and space to stretch, relax, and connect with fellow riders make for the perfect reset between trail days. Each day we’ll ride, eat, repeat—a rhythm that blends adventure, skill-building, and time to savor the experience. Expect laughter, stoke, and shared victories as you push your limits on some of the best trails in the world. This retreat is for women and non-binary riders who want to: - Experience world-class trails with skilled guidance - Build confidence and technical skills - Connect with like-minded riders in a fun, supportive community - Recharge in a beautiful, forested setting Meet Your Coach: Effie is a PMBIA-certified mountain bike coach, outdoor educator, and Wilderness First Responder who spends most days riding, guiding, or exploring outside. With a background in long-distance endurance sports, Effie brings calm, confidence-building coaching and a deep love of adventure to every ride. What’s Included: - Guided rides & skills coaching - Lodging at Wildflower Inn - All meals - Off-bike workshops that may include bike setup, trail-side mechanics, fueling for long ride days, line choice, risk management, and recovery— tailored to the group. - Small group experience with riders at a similar level - Time to rest, connect, and enjoy the surroundings What’s Not Included: - Transportation to/from Burke, VT - Bike rentals (if needed) - Alcoholic beverages - Personal riding gear (bike, helmet, shoes, etc.) - Kingdom Trails Pass A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit and Tuition Payment A non-refundable deposit of is due at the time of registration. The remaining tuition balance is due 14 days before the retreat begins. 2. Timely Payment We kindly ask that retreat balances be paid within 3 days of receiving a payment request via email. Failure to complete payment may result in the forfeiture of your spot. 3. Cancellations and Transfers If you need to cancel or modify your registration for any reason, please email us at info@lupine-collective.com. Once 14 days of a retreat and full tuition has been collected, we are unable to offer refunds. However, in some cases, tuition or deposits may be transferred to another program. 4. Weather-Related Cancellations In the event of extreme weather that prevents us from holding the program safely—and no indoor alternative is available—the retreat may be cancelled or rescheduled. Refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations. 5. Unexpected Circumstances If unforeseen circumstances arise that affect your ability to participate, please reach out to info@lupine-collective.com.
